The site "works well for a single building," the statement said. "We're working through the approval process with the village of Glenview." The Dermody proposal, dubbed the "LogistiCenter at Glenview," is slated to go before Glenview's New Development Commission for a public hearing Sept. 13, according to village records. A spokesman for Farbman declined to comment; spokesmen for DTS and the village of Glenview did not respond to requests for comment. Dermody is seeking the village's approval of the project as well as a Class 6(b) tax incentive that would reduce property taxes on the development over a period of 12 years.
