CBRE has arranged a 54,447 square foot retail anchor lease within Talisman Center located in Glenview, Illinois. Urban Air Adventure Park has signed a new lease and is set to open their seventh Chicagoland location. The national chain has over 300 parks open or under development throughout the country. CBRE's Joe Parrott and Sean McCourt represented Talisman Center ownership, VPX, LLC, in the transaction.
