Beltone, the hearing aid company that was founded in Chicago in 1940, has moved its headquarters from Glenview, Illinois, back into Chicago. Founded by Sam and Faye Posen and acquired by GN Store Nord of Denmark in 2000 for $392 million, Beltone was headquartered on the north side of the city until 2005, when it moved to Glenview. Now it's back in Chicago, moving to 656 W. Randolph St. in the city's West Loop neighborhood, where a spokesperson said 125 employees will be based. The building will also house other GN companies, including gaming and esports peripherals manufacturer SteelSeries, and the GN Hearing U.
